I went to this business because my regular nail shop was closed. My first service was great. I received a fill-in and pedicure with gel polish. However, when I returned to have two of my nails repaired because the polish was bubbling a week later, the service was atrocious! I was asked multiple times if I got my nails done there ( why would I come to your business to fix a service that you didn’t do?). Not only was I charged for the repair that was due to the uneven filing of the nail, I was told by nail technician to not come back! Unbelievable! I have never been treated so poorly! I didn’t need for him(David) to tell me that. That was a one and only time! I have a nail tech (American nails). I was treated as though I did something wrong. If my polish had not bubbled and fallen off, I would not need a repair. I know you don’t care, but you should treat your customers with respect at all times.

I love going to a business and it is consistent from check-in to check out. Each and every time I've gone. I have my natural nails with an acrylic overlay, gel polish and a hand design all done by Tracey and a pedicure with gel polish done by Le. Thanks ladies!

My service today was outstanding! I come here quite often and Mary always does a great job! I get compliments on my nails ALL the time when she does it and when she threads my brows. All the nail techs in here are very skilled and friendly. In the reviews about wait times — it’s long because they’re one of the best in town and everyone is trying to get a spot. Try to plan ahead and make an appointment if possible.

It is very overpriced. I dont think that they are using the best products or not using antifungal. I have been there multiple times because of it being convenient and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I wont be going back. I have had my nails turn white and green, charged $3 for removing gel polish and they just file it down. The wait is ridiculous even if you make an appointment and because they are so busy, even if you pay for the deluxe pedis the service is not good at all. They are always rushing to get people in and out fast. Its all about the money and not the service. If I am going to spend $50-$60 in a pedicure, I expect to receive great service (including the massage).

Awesome staff, from calling and actually showing up was a very smooth and enjoyable experience, took my 8 year old for her bday, we were seen in a timely fashion, highly recommended!

I highly recommend this place! Friends and family had told me to go there. I went 6 days ago and had a full set put on and was very disappointed at the other nail salon. Thank you so much for my beautiful nails!

Had my shoes stolen and the owner did not even offer or extend some type of resolve for the situation. Went back to get a pedicure and the lady charged me For a pedicure but only filed my nails and did NOT change my polish. Horrible service and will be reporting to BBB. Overpriced for poor service - I gave them two times to make it right and they failed . They do not deserve your money nor business .

MY TIME IS VALUABLE! After waiting one hour after being told that my requested technician could do my nails I was then told that she couldn’t do them unless I wanted to wait another 30+ minutes I had already waited. It does not make sense to wait a total of three hours for what would take one hour and a half for the services I received.
